Tournament Description
Join us for the 5th annual Florida-Georgia Pickleball Classic! This popular October tournament is held on the same weekend as the Florida-Georgia football game and gives players another reason to come to North Florida at this time. Held in St. Augustine, in beautiful St. Johns County just south of Jacksonville, it also gives players the opportunity to combine playing in a topnotch tournament with enjoying an extensive list of tourist activities. The Florida-Georgia Pickleball Classic is a charity tournament and ALL proceeds are given to a variety of local charities.

Cancellation Policy
Final cancellation date is September 15th, 2023.
This is a charity tournament and refunds after the cancellation date are not provided.

Format
The tournament format is a Round Robin with a minimum of 5 games for all participants
Games to 11 points, win by 2
Larger brackets will be broken into two or more pods with a playoff round for medals. Playoff matches will be 2 out of 3 games to 11 points, win by 2.
Initial age breaks are 19 - 39, 40 - 59, and 60+. Additional age breaks will be added as necessary based on registration numbers
Note: All paddles must meet USA Pickleball requirements for tournament legal
While this is a non-sanctioned event, we plan to have a certified referee onsite for questions regarding rules
