Importing your tournament...

The following pages will allow you to provide tournament results from a tournament that did not use PickleballTournaments.com.

This option is currently available for tournaments that concluded July 1, 2019 or later. Beginning January 1, 2020 external tournament results must be submitted within 14 days of the last day of the tournament.

In order to make the process as efficient as possible, please perform the following steps, or there may be delays in processing your request:

1. Download player and results template files each time you are preparing to submit as field requirements may change. Example files are also provided here to help you understand what is needed.

2. Review and understand the data that will be required.
• All column headers provided by the templates are required.
• Study the example files to understand the data and formats needed.
• Recognized event ids are as follows:

event_id	Description
MS	Mens Singles
MD	Mens Doubles
WS	Womens Singles
WD	Womens Doubles
XD	Mixed Doubles

3. Populate the player and results template files with your tournament data.
4. Save the player and results files on your computer in a location that you will remember for the next steps.

After populating the template files with your tourament data, you will come back to this page and complete the following steps:

1. Enter general contact and tournament information into PickleballTournaments.com.
2. Pay the $100 import fee. This will be processed using PayPal through PickleballTournaments.com. You do not have to have a PayPal account.
3. Locate the player and results files on your computer and upload to PickleballTournaments.com. The system will display screens to allow you to upload the files.

After uploading the tournament data files, we will perform the following activities to submit your data:

1. Review the tournament files.
2. Call or email with questions.
3. Process the files.
4. The results will be submitted on the first Thursday after the files have been processed.
5. The 4-digit UTPR/WPR values will be updated on the first Friday after the files are results are submitted.

Tournament Results are not processed until payment is received and files have been verified.
